Morocco

beyond the beaten path

Gateway to the wonders of the African continent, Morocco is much, much more than the sand dunes furrowed by camels that immediately come to mind when thinking of it. A myriad of nuances characterizes both the culture and the landscapes of this country from north to south, offering endless opportunities for active adventures. The Atlas Mountains attract Nature enthusiasts with a wide range of hikes and cultural immersions in the Berber villages, but also thrilling climbing for those willing to summit Northern Africa's highest peak, Mt. Toubkal (over 13,600 -4,100 meters- in altitude). 2500 kilometres of coastline make Morocco an essential destination for European surfers and kite surfers all year round: Anchor Point in the south is perhaps the most famous of all surf hubs, but Essaouira, Rabat, Safi and Casablanca all offer epic waves. And then, of course, the Agafay Desert with its massive sand peaks, real goldmines of adventure between horse rides, e-bike tours, sandboarding, ATV rides, hikes...the array of exhilarating experiences here is anything but dry!
